Türkiye

—The Directorate of Communications (Coordinator)

Presidency of The Republic of Türkiye The Directorate of Communications was established and commenced its activities on July 24, 2018, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 14 published in the Official Gazette No. 30488. The Presidency’s fundamental mission is to establish communication on a realistic, sustainable, and solid foundation, and to continue its efforts to shape perceptions, develop meaningful narratives, and add value on national and international platforms. Closely monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing local, national, and international media and think tanks, reporting on the outcomes of these processes, and disseminating them are among the Presidency’s primary duties. In addition, the Presidency is responsible for carrying out and developing routine procedures such as press cards and accreditation, training professionals, improving working conditions, and increasing educational, instructive, and motivational content in mass media.

Spain

—Social Innovation Cluster CLM

The Castilla-La Mancha Social Innovation Cluster (SIC CLM) is a platform for collaborative, people-centered innovation that supports the green and digital transition through local solutions and transformative approaches. Using an open innovation model that brings together the public, private, academic, and community sectors, LAISVĖ creates an open and creative ecosystem where various actors come together to support sustainable development and effective change. A leader in social innovation, SIC CLM enables its members to break down silos, align with Society 5.0 principles, and generate solutions to complex societal challenges. By supporting social experiences, application communities, and members’ contributions to social and environmental goals, SIC CLM strengthens regional resilience and positions Castilla-La Mancha as a future-oriented, inclusive growth model with a global perspective.

Austria

—The University of Vienna

The University of Vienna is an institution focused on advancing basic and applied research, with 10,600 employees, including 7,500 academics. As Austria’s largest research and education center, approximately one-third of the university’s academic staff are international. Since 2007, the European Research Council (ERC) has awarded more than 40 grants to academics at the University of Vienna. The university is connected to strong regional and international networks that support excellence in research and education. Research at the University of Vienna promotes high-quality teaching, enables technological and social innovation, and advances with a spirit of continuous inquiry. In subject-based international rankings, the university proves its global visibility by ranking among the world’s top 100 universities in many fields and among the top 50 in some fields.

Greece

— Computer GR

Computer GR was established in July 1998 in the city of Serres, Greece, as a computer training center for children and adults. It was awarded first place for its success in the number of certification exams organized by ECDL for the Serres region during the 2004-2005 and 2008-2009 academic years. Computer GR has organized numerous certification exams through contracted organizations such as ICT, VELLUM, DIPLOMA, and GLOBALCERT. Every year, hundreds of students rely on Computer GR for training in basic IT knowledge and the institution’s specialized curriculum topics. Software development is also one of Computer GR’s areas of activity; products such as SportScout and SVI have been developed in this context and are generally applied in the sports sector. This software is currently used by Super League teams (Olympiacos, PAOK, Iraklis, etc.), federations (EPO- Greek Football Federation, EOK- Greek Basketball Federation, EGO, etc.) and universities (TEFAA Thessaloniki, Komotini). The company has subsequently accumulated extensive experience and significant know-how in the field of digital video signal processing.

Bulgaria

—St Cyril and St Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo

The St. Cyril and St. Methodius University in Veliko Tarnovo was founded in 1963 on the hill of Sveta Gora (Holy Mountain). As the largest Bulgarian university outside Sofia, this institution is recognized nationally and internationally, particularly as a respected center for the Humanities. The university boasts an extensive international network, attracting attention with its highly qualified academics, wide range of subjects, and modern technical infrastructure. Well-suited to meet the needs of restructuring higher education in Bulgaria, the university plays an important role in meeting both today’s and tomorrow’s requirements.

Italy

—The Center for Creative Development “Danilo Dolci”

The Center for Creative Development “Danilo Dolci” is a non-profit association founded in 1952 in western Sicily, inspired by the social and educational work of sociologist, educator, poet, and anti-violence activist Danilo Dolci. The Center promotes anti-violence and creative social development through participatory methods, offering opportunities for every individual to actively contribute. Its work is based on the belief that real change is possible through the direct participation of individuals and communities. In this regard, it aims to identify the needs and demands of communities through a bottom-up approach and to design interventions jointly. The Center’s core commitments are:

  •   To support innovative and participatory educational approaches in formal and informal settings.
  • Strengthen active citizenship, democratic participation, and community dialogue through research and action processes for social change.
  • Promote nonviolent development, critical thinking, responsible and empathetic communication.
  • Promote social inclusion and defend the rights of all by creating conditions that elevate the value of the individual in harmony with the environment in order to support social justice.
